Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions

Sponsor 

1. This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Hinkley Lighting at 33000 Pin Oak Pwky, Avon Lake, OH 44012 (“Sponsor”). 

1. This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate. 
2. Void where prohibited by law.  

Sweepstakes Period 

1. The Sweepstakes beings on January 27, 2026 at 10:00am ET and ends on January 27, 2026 at 4:00pm ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

2. Entries submitted outside of the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.  

How to Enter

1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.  

2. To enter:  

   1. Scan the Sweepstakes QR code.  

   2. Complete and submit the official entry form with the required information, which may include name, email address, and other requested details.

   3. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Duplicate or automated entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.  

Prize

1. One (1) winner will receive one (1) Trigo Small Abstract Chandelier from Hinkley Lighting, with an Approximate Retail Value of $2,199.00.

2. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.  

Winner Selection & Notification 

1. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.  

2. The drawing will take place on or about January 30, 2026. The winner will be notified via email using the contact information provided at entry. 

3. If the selected winner does not respond within 5 business days, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official rules, an alternate winner may be selected. 

4. If the winner does not respond within the 5 business days, the Sponsor has the discretion to move on to the next randomly selected winner for the prize.  

Odds

1. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.  

Taxes

1. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt and use.  

Publicity 

1. By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor permission to use their name, image, likeness, city/state, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.  

Privacy 

1. Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at https://www.hinkley.com/privacy-policy-cookie-restriction-mode. 

2. Sponsor will use personal information solely for administering the Sweepstakes and marketing purposes disclosed at entry.  

Release and Limitation of Liability 

1. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participating in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. 

2. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries, or technical failures of any kind, including QR code or form submission issues.  

General Conditions 

1. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any factors beyond the Sponsors reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. 

2. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Sweepstakes or undermine it’s operation may result in disqualification and legal action.  

Governing Law 

1. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict or law principles.
