How do I register my Hinkley product?

Go to the product registration page and follow the onscreen instructions until completion. You should also receive a confirmation that we received your submission at the email address you provided during the registration process.


I live outside of North America, am I able to register?

Product registration is only available in the United States and Canada at this time.


Where do I find my Product ID code(s)?

Your product identification code is the item number of your product, which can be found on the product box label. Register multiple products by separating with commas.


If I have two or more of the same item (same Product ID), do I need to enter them multiple times?

No, if you have more than one of the same item (same Product ID) you only need to enter the Product ID once. During the registration process you will have the opportunity to enter a quantity when you have multiples of the same product.
